The Foundations Training Course enables organisations to get the most out of AWARD® based on their own specific Procurement processes. The first part of the course (days 1-2) will be delivered by an AWARD® expert who will start with the basics such as setting up users. By the end participants will have the knowledge to create, manage and effectively run projects using AWARD®, seamlessly mapping into their own organisation’s best practice. Following the training, when users have started applying the knowledge they have gained, the consultant will conduct a remote peer review session after a suitable length of time to take stock of which AWARD® topics need further reinforcement. Based on this review a consultant will then conduct a final in person training session (day 3).
Location: Milton Park, Oxfordshire or at a client’s site (for up to ten attendees).
The course provides the foundational platform from which attendees will go on to become AWARD® super users within their own organisation.
Any organisation signing up for AWARD® for the first time or any key users from an existing organisation that’s familiar with the tool and its capabilities but needs an in-depth refresher course.
