Reporting to the Commercial & Sales Manager, managing the marketing team and working closely with the sales team, the successful candidate will be highly IT-literate, have an eye for detail and the energy to drive forward our marketing agenda. The ability to work flexibly across our business to ‘get the job done’ and adeptly managing the competing demands of the various facets of the role is key. This role is responsible for the management of a small marketing team. The role is integral in supporting the planning and delivery of a range of marketing programmes and campaigns across our UK, Australian and Canadian businesses. This includes events and exhibitions, website, social media and collateral to promote our marketing activities globally. Specifically, this role is required to lead the marketing team to:

The Marketing Manager will own and be passionate about our brand and will take pride in maintaining consistency and use across all media and platforms.
This is a broad and varied role, requiring flexibility and tenacity – and the ability to work to time and volume pressures. The focus is primarily on the Marketing elements of the role, which are vital to the company’s growth, but the ideal candidate will be flexible and willing to ‘pitch in’ where required.
